I've been so excited to introduce the info desk scapegoat! They're a cutie patootie.
Poor Suzie, she has no idea how to show proper Otherworldly etiquette. Coach really didn't prepare her at all, and yet he has the audacity to be embarrassed when she doesn't know how to address a species she's never seen before in her life. Oy vey.

The NPC
One could argue that the rules for meeting new people apply to the denizens of other realms. If you met a person with a lisp you wouldn't comment on it.

isn't a scapegoat basically a person who is given the blame for wrongdoings

The term 'scapegoat' came from an old tradition where people would transfer the sins and demons of a person/town on to a goat and send it out in to the desert.

Seems appropriate that a scapegoat would work at the info desk.

Now that I've caught up, I've been wondering, did his parents really name him that?

Next time, Susie....just....keep your comments to yourself. ^^;;;;;;

To be fair, though, her Grandpa should've prepared her a bit more...
